Helical Piers - Foundation Restoration
Our Solutions

Helical Piers

Helical piers are heavy-duty, screw-like steel shafts used to permanently stabilize and lift foundations that are settling or shifting due to unstable soil. When poor drainage or seasonal droughts cause the soil beneath a home to dry out, shrink, and collapse, the foundation sinks, leading to wall cracks, uneven floors, and compromised structural integrity. These cracks then become direct entry points for groundwater.

Driven deep into the earth past weak surface soils until they reach stable, load-bearing strata, helical piers transfer the weight of the home to solid ground. Brackets attached to the foundation footing allow technicians to hydraulically lift the structure back toward its original level. By stabilizing the foundation and closing structural gaps, helical piers stop further cracking and prevent soil movement, which keeps the home level while making it significantly easier to maintain a secure, watertight basement seal.
