Ricky Griswold is a seasoned foundation repair and basement waterproofing professional that leads a crew for Foundation Restoration. He brings over 25 years of experience in the construction and structural repair industry, with extensive hands-on expertise in foundation repair, basement waterproofing systems, concrete and masonry work, and gutter installation.

In addition to his technical background, Ricky has more than 15 years of experience as a foreman and supervisor, where he has led crews, managed job sites, and ensured projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Known for his strong leadership and customer-focused approach, he works closely with homeowners to clearly explain repair solutions and deliver results they can trust.
