Michael Malloy brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in crawlspace and foundation restoration to Foundation Restoration, serving as Production Manager and a key operational leader within the company.

Beginning his career in the field, Michael has worked every level of crawlspace and foundation repair—from excavation and structural stabilization to full encapsulation systems and long-term moisture control solutions. That ground-up experience gives him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to execute complex projects safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time.

As Production Manager, Michael oversees multiple large crews, managing daily logistics, scheduling, materials coordination, and jobsite execution across a wide range of residential and structural projects. He is responsible for ensuring work meets company standards, engineering requirements, and customer expectations—while keeping production moving, crews accountable, and timelines on track.

Michael also has extensive experience operating and coordinating heavy machinery, including excavators, skid steers, trenching equipment, and material-handling systems commonly required in foundation and crawlspace work. His mechanical aptitude and jobsite awareness allow him to plan projects realistically, reduce downtime, and adapt quickly to changing site conditions.

Known for his leadership, problem-solving mindset, and field credibility, Michael bridges the gap between crews, management, and customers. He focuses on building strong teams, improving production systems, and delivering consistent results on demanding jobs where precision and reliability matter most.
