Jeff Plumb
Jeff Plumb brings decades of hands-on construction, structural, and leadership experience to every project. After graduating high school, he proudly served in the United States Air Force, where he was selected for Strategic Air Force Command and worked on nuclear missile systems. He completed two years of service and received an honorable discharge, carrying forward the discipline, precision, and accountability instilled by the military.
Following his military service, he entered the union trades as a boilermaker apprentice. Over four years, he worked as a welder and fitter, developing a strong foundation in structural steel, fabrication, and industrial construction.
He later spent 12 years as a commercial carpenter and superintendent, overseeing projects from the ground up. His experience includes full interior and exterior renovations with direct involvement in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination—providing him with a well-rounded understanding of how all building systems work together.
As a business partner at All Trades Inc., a general contracting company, he spent 13 years managing and executing a wide range of construction and waterproofing projects, further refining his expertise in structural repairs and moisture mitigation.
Since 2010, he has been affiliated with Affiliated Tradesmen, focusing on residential carpentry, masonry, and waterproofing. This long-standing involvement in foundation-related work ultimately led to the creation of Foundation Restoration, where his diverse background allows him to accurately diagnose problems and implement long-term structural solutions—not just temporary fixes.
With a career spanning military service, union trades, commercial construction, and residential foundation repair, the owner of Foundation Restoration brings unmatched experience, integrity, and craftsmanship to every home he works on.
