Jeff A. Mullins

Jeffrey A. Mullins brings more than two decades of specialized experience in foundation repair, backed by a lifetime in the construction and mechanical trades. His strong work ethic and hands-on approach have been the foundation of a long and successful career in the industry.

Jeff’s professional background spans HVAC, construction, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how homes function from the ground up. In 1986, he earned his State of Michigan Residential Builder’s License, and later expanded his expertise by obtaining his State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor’s License in 2012.

For the past 20+ years, Jeff has focused specifically on foundation repair, where he has built a reputation for accurate diagnostics, practical solutions, and honest guidance. He advanced into a Senior Management role, contributing to the successful completion of thousands of projects over the course of his career.

Today, Jeff serves as a Senior Inspector, combining extensive field knowledge with a straightforward, customer-first approach. His ability to identify the root cause of structural issues and clearly explain solutions gives homeowners confidence in both the process and the outcome.
