David Covert is a seasoned construction professional with nearly two decades of hands-on experience, including more than 14 years specializing in foundation waterproofing and structural restoration. Over the course of his career, he has developed a deep understanding of structural integrity, moisture control, and long-term home protection—skills that are especially critical in Michigan’s demanding climate.

In addition to his waterproofing expertise, David is highly skilled in operating a wide range of construction equipment, enabling him to manage excavation and site work with precision, efficiency, and safety. His background also includes both rough and finish carpentry, giving him a well-rounded perspective on residential construction from the ground up.

David has played an integral role in the growth and development of multiple companies, helping train crews and establish high standards for workmanship and professionalism. Known for leading by example, he brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality on every project. He is currently pursuing his builder’s license to further expand his capabilities and continue delivering top-tier service to homeowners.
